Anywhere that you want to call to a group of busily occupied children to come and join the group. The mood is one of joyful coming together.<\/p>\n<p>The song is called Senwa Dedende, from Ghana. \u00a0I haven&#8217;t been able to find a precise translation for the words. \u00a0I do know that the words are calling\u00a0a loved one home to eat. \u00a0Some sources say that it&#8217;s excerpted\u00a0from a longer song about a father vulture who builds his nest, but then can&#8217;t find his way home after a rainstorm. \u00a0What you hear here is the mama vulture calling him home. \u00a0(If anyone reading this has the expertise to provide a more accurate, precise translation,\u00a0I welcome your insight.)<\/p>\n<p>I found this song on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mamalisa.com\/?t=es&amp;p=4381\">Mama Lisa&#8217;s World<\/a>. \u00a0That site presents an impressively large collection of songs from around the world to sing with children.
