I am a “highly sensitive” person, with strengths as an activator, connector, and learner.\u00a0 Friends tell me that my superpower is helping people feel safe and seen.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m also a singer-songwriter<\/strong> and songleader<\/strong>.\u00a0 In my self-care time,<\/span><\/span> I love writing and singing up songs on the nearby hillsides of my home by the sea.<\/span><\/p>\n

I play the harp<\/strong>.\u00a0 I started when I was 42 years old.\u00a0 Which just goes to show – it’s never too late!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I love shopping at Costco.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 It’s the sample exchange – not the food part so much as the human connection.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before I became a spiritual counselor, I was a full time professional singer-songwriter.<\/strong>\u00a0 I toured nationally, opening for Ani DiFranco<\/strong> and many others.\u00a0 (Funny story – I<\/em><\/span> once caught a cold from Patti Smith!<\/strong>)<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I still release albums, but these days I like to stay closer to home.\u00a0 (I’m a nester!)<\/span><\/p>\n

I have two children<\/strong>, and two rescue cats<\/strong>, one of whom is named after a character in Outlander<\/strong>.\u00a0 (Can you guess the character?\u00a0 Hint…\u00a0 It’s not Jaimie or Claire…)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
